In 1984, Jean-Rémy Bergounhe began manufacturing slatted beds in Millau (12). Technilat becomes one of the main players in the medium high end technical bedding market in France.

Since the creation of the company in 1984 our goal is to meet the triple requirement "Health, Comfort, Ergonomics". Every year 42,000 mattresses, 25,000 bed bases and 5,000 headboards are produced in our two production units located near Rodez. Whether Fixed or Relaxation, our bedding sets must meet the requirements of each consumer.

Our choice is 100% French and Aveyron manufacturing on 2 production sites and a selection of only French and European suppliers. A team of 85 people works every day to research and transform the best components and to develop more and more innovative products and materials, in the best respect of the environment. Moreover Technilat is certified ISO14001, thanks to this international standard, we are committed to evaluate and improve our environmental impact.

All our products are tested and verified before delivery and have a warranty of 5 years to 12 years. The products are certified CTB Bedding and all our Technilat mattresses are labeled Belle Literie or Belle Literie Excellence.

The quality of our products is reflected by these labels, but also by the growing number of our customers satisfied by the benefit of our bedding. You can find us at 500 dealers throughout France.
